deleted message

Hi I hope someone may be able to help me

I recently assigned an e-mail to the deleted items folder
which is set to emptying on exiting outlook

My question is can I retrieve this message and if so how ?

If you have already closed and reopened Outlook, it is gone. Do you keep a
copy on your mail server? If yes, forward a copy from your ISP webmail to
your in-box.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
