Deleted log entries

Not too long ago, I downloaded the spyware program. I
didn't find anything. However, one of those programs
contained a program that identified all my log entries. I
accidentally deleted the log entries. I saved the entries
on my harddrive but can't get them to function now. How
can I undelete the log entries?

If it's one of these programs then reinstall. That may be the only way to
read the .log file.
