Deleted Link Folder and no toolbar now

I accidentally deleted the orginial link folder in
favorites and now I can't get any of my links displayed
as I browse without going to favorites... HELP???

I accidentally deleted the orginial link folder in
favorites and now I can't get any of my links displayed
as I browse without going to favorites... HELP???

In IE go to Tools | Internet Options and click Settings in the Temporary
Internet files section.
Note where IE is saving Favorites.
Open Windows Explorer.
Click Tools | Folder Options | View and make sure that it is set to show
hidden files and folders.
Go to the Favorites location you noted above.
Right click Links and choose Properties.
Uncheck the Hidden attribute.
