Deleted items Recovery - Fails

Hi,

I have read all the past replies and we have not found a good solution for
this for our users.

Problem:

When trying to restore items from deleted items recovery bin the user gets
the following message:

"Outlook was unable to recover some or all of the items in tis folder. Make
sure you have the required permissions to recover items in this folder, and
try again. If the problem persists, contact the administrator."

Well as you can imagine the problem persists. We have tried the recreate
the profile (problem goes away for a little while), use OWA to get the items
back. This is not making support people of the user happy.

We now have several users having this problem. All desktops are WXP SP2.
Exchange is 2K3 on W2K3. All the latest patches and fixes. Not R2 though.

The users are in Different storage groups on the server.

Try asking this in the Exchange newsgroups, since Recover Deleted Items is
an Exchange function.
