deleted item

i have file that i deleted remotely on a sever. and the
file name is still in the registry.. what i whant to do is
restore file. (this is a ghost Image) The file is not in
the recycle bin.
 
When you delete files across the LAN they don't go into the Recycle Bin.
They're deleted immediately.
