Deleted item folder in public Folder

We have Outlook 97 at work we have a lot of important
items kept on the public folders. Can our Server Admin
add a Deleted items folder to the public folder so as to
enable recovery if anyone accidently deleted an item..a
link showing how would help....

if you are using recover deleted, they are in the recover deleted folder but
you need to set a reg key to recover them.
