Wanting to exert a little more control over my browser and mail interface
programs, I began using Mozilla. It seemed to be a GREAT way to go. Now,
however, I"m not sure. In the process, I just went ahead and deleted
everything that had "Internet Express" that I could find.
Fortunately, I found out about the internal version because I got into
trouble and Mozilla didn't work out. Now, I'd like to download OE and IE
and have them appear in my toolbox (lower left of the screen but can't find
anything more recent than IE 6 Service Pack 1. I figured I could download
that and upgrade it to current standards. But since there is the internal
IE, when I try to download, it tells me there already exists a IE on my
computer at a higher level and it can't download it.
So, how can I get the ease of having the icons in the tool tray or whatever
that lower left part of the screen is, by the 'Start' button? Sorry this is
so long.
Thanks much in advance.
