I deleted the ntldr file and my computer keeps telling me
to reboot just to get the same error. other than using
the restore disk that restores every to original
contition and losing every thing , what else can I do ?

Boot with your XP CD and do a repair install. Go here for
instructions:

Click on "XP Repair Install"
