deleted favorites

I deleted cookies using Tools-Internet Options-Delete Cookies and after that
computer somehow deleted all contest from my Desktop and from my Favorites. I
tried to restore it using System Restore tool but it showed today' date and
time as the only available. I wonder if it is possible to restore the missing
information and files. Thank you. Anton

You can use some tools like System Mechanic of Iolo
or EasyRecovery
