#Deleted Error

I read some of the online articles about this topic and I didnt find what I
was looking for.

I have 2 table that are linked together. It was brought to my attention
that one of the records is coming up with #Deleted in the controls. I dont
know how this happened, but how do i fix it. I have deleted it out of both
of the tables, but every time I exit the table, it automatically creates
another record, with #Deleted in all the controls. This is really causing a
problem for other Forms, Queries, and Reports.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this record that keeps coming back?

Could be corruption.

DONT USE MDB FOR ANYTHING IT IS A PIECE OF SHIT ASS FORMAT.
