Deleted email account

Don't ask, but by mistake I deleted one of my outlook 2007 accounts. With it
went alll my inbox and sent contents, plus my calendar and address book. Can
these be recovered/restored by any mechanism. I don't have a backup copy.

And what type of account was this? (POP, IMAP, Exchange)
BTW, deleting the email ACCOUNT doesn't normally delete the emails you
sent and received using that account...

Well you set it back up again in Outlook. Shouldn't you be talking to
your IT dept about this?
