If the "Deleted Items" folder has been emptied then the message(s)
are gone. About the only exception would be if you've backed up
or imaged the drive prior to deleting the message or emptying the
deleted items folder. In that case you could restore the .Pst as an
alternate message store (Personal Folder) and retrieve the message(s)
from it.
