Deleted Contacts folder, what to do?

I foolishly deleted the Contacts folder whilst trying to move it. What can I
do to get it back please?

If it's in the Recycle Bin restore it.
 
No it's not in the bin. Windows Mail now fails to start giving an error
message.
 
Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard. Type "shell:contacts" (without
quotation marks; note, too, that there are no spaces) in the Run box, and
click OK. Does a Windows Explorer window pop up, or do you get an error?
