deleted box why can not deleted all??

dear pic,

When i deleted the deletedbox,why only delect one mail one by one in stead
of all "deleted box"?any problem?

This should fix that:
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.
