Deleted an empty exe file

Thru stupidity deleted an empty exe file-C:\windows\system32\cpusave.exe-now need it back. Do I have to reinstall my Windows XP to my hard drive to get it back, or is there an easier way??
 
Program Name: Cpusave

Executable Name: Cpusave.exe

Required: NO!! Virus, spyware, or resource hog

Comments: Added as a result of the GEMA VIRUS!
