I have loaded xp on to my home computer when mine
crashed. i borrowed the disks from a friend and now need
to delete xp from my compter and do not have the option
to do so Help?

Boot to a win9x floppy boot disk, run Fdisk, delete partitions, create new
partitions, reboot to boot disk again, run format. Get boot disk here:
www.bootdisk.com

You can't "delete" it you have to format the partition. Boot up with a W98
disk and use Fdisk to remove the XP partition. Then re-format and install
your other OS.

After you get your computer clean you should buy your own
copy of XP. Using your friend copy is illegal and you
will not be able to update XP on your computer. If you
had used new XP from box and followed directions you
would not be in this situation.
