Try to delete folders but get error message access denied.
make sure disk is not full or write protected.How can I
delete this folder.(windows XP prof)

Delete the folder in Safe Mode
or
Try deleting the entire directory and see if it helps:
Open a MS-DOS box and type "rd /s <drive:\folder name>
[Deletes the folder recursively]

Use process explorer to see which process has locked that folder.
