delete user account option not in system tools

Hi,

I want to delete a user account.
The help function says me to go to "computer management";
then click on "System Tools", and then selecting "Local
Users and Groups".

However I don't see this last option when clicking on
System Tools.
Do I need to install something, or switch something on by
modifying settings??
If so, how to do that?

You can delete a user account from the user accounts applet in control
panel.

now I understand how & what. You can't delete an account
if you're logged under this account. That's why I never
saw this option!
