Your question is? Dreamweaver ??? this is a FrontPage forum!
ETC

Hey, dont you think it's cool that a guy using Dreamweaver comes to the
FP crew for help? Help the guy out - make a sale! who knows!

hmm -- before I got a chance to write this, the question disappeared.

Anyway, if you are asking what I think you are asking, open the picture
in some image software such as Fireworks or Photoshop or PaintShop Pro.
Select the background you dont want using whichever selection tool(s)
are appropriate for the job at hand, and delete the background.

Delete the background from a picture?? You probably need an image ieditor to do that.

Or do you mean delete the background image in a page or table?

then go to the page and/or table properties and delete the path to the image.

How you do that in DW I don't know.

So in other words, you don't do this in Dreamweaver itself at all.

It depends on WHAT the OP was talking about, and no one's figured it out yet... and since the original poster hasn't cared to come back for an answer...who cares :-)
