Delete & Reinstall Windows XP OEM VS Retail

How do I know if I have an OEM version of Win XP? I thought it was a retail version that I purchased off EBAY. I have two stickers, one shows 00043-450-311-042 and the other shows F4P6Y-TXDXY-DVMV2-GHJ9H-F2WYG.
If it is an OEM version, does anyone know if I can delete and reinstall it on another system? I bought a system without a hard drive and I was going to format my current hard drive and install it in this new system and trash the old system.

The sticker will indicate that it is an OEM version. The first series of
numbers you have is a product pricing code or UPC. The other series of
numbers and letters is the product key. That is the key that is asked for
upon installation to verify that you are installing an authentic Microsoft
Windows product, in this case, the XP operating system. OEM versions are
usually tied to the machine they are first installed on and installation on
subsequent machines can be problematic. Further, a retail version of
Microsoft Windows XP should be boxed, in the familiar Microsoft packaging,
or if a disk only, should be accompanied by documentation.

Greetings --

Does the WinXP CD say "For distribution with a new PC only. For
product support, contact the manufacturer of your PC?" If so, you
have an OEM license. An OEM license, once installed, is not legally
transferable to another computer under any circumstances.

Greetings,

Insert the CD while system is running to let it auto-run,
then,
see if it gives you an "Upgrade" option for installing XP...

If it does, then its NOT an OEM version.

Either way,
you CAN re-install even an OEM again - you get at least 5 tries before any
hassles...

Then again, by posting the key on a public newsgroup, it's probably been
used to the max by now.

NEVER post your Product in a public forum unless you are in the habit
of giving $100 bill away to strangers as they walk by.

If your Windows XP came with a sticker to attach to the computer, it
is OEM.

OEM is normally permanently tied to the original computer and can
never be transferred regardless the condition of the original
computer.
Read the EULA you agreed to for details.

dang,
can't remember - someone who tried it mentioned the limit of 5 here
recently...

Sorry if I passed on faulty info - I've heard 5 mentioned a few times, but
not from a real source.
