delete outlook 2000

I have Outlook 2000 from Office 2000. I want to delete just Outlook and cant
figure out how. I'm purchasing Outlook 2003 and fo course I dont need the
older one. Thanks for any help
 
Add/remove programs, MS Office, uncheck Outlook to remove. Make sure you
don't allow Outlook 2003 to install to the default folder if you are keeping
the older versions of Word, Excel, etc. Do a custom install to a diff
folder--like MSOffice2003. You will not be able to use Word 2000 as your
email editor in OL 2003.
