delete older versions IE

I have versions: 4 and 5 on my hard drive.

How can I delete these obsolete IE versions?

Also which files should stay on the hard drive, I do not
want to loose my Favorite, Address Book.

Right now I am using version 6.0.2800.1106 and Outlook
Express version 6.00.2800.1123
