Trying to help a friend. Powerpoint XP. On the right side of the
screen there are several presentations listed. Some valid, some not.
He has deleted the files for the invalid ones by deleting each slide.
These files are showing that they are on the D: and E: drives. His
laptop has only a C: and D: cd-rom drive. He must have used a CD to
run a presentation at one time, and the name still shows up. Can't
explain the E: drive. You can't open them (path invalid) but the names
remain. How can we get rid of the presentation names? Registry?
