In my toolbar in word I have about 20 things that come up in Acrobat comments.
How do I get rid of them?
Thanks

I am using Word 2003 and have the same problem with acrobat comments. I have
tried the fix you suggested, but still can't remove the acrobat comments
fields from the toolbar. any suggestions?
thanks

The Comments menu is added by the Acrobat add-in. If you have another add-in
loading after Acrobat, that writes to the menu bar, it could write to the
wrong menu. You need to uninstall the Acrobat add-in and the offending
add-in (or
macro)(http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adobe_acrobat_toolbar.htm ). Remove
the Comments menu if it still remains - which may require you to rename
normal.dot. The aforementioned link may give you some ideas how you can
change the load order of your add-ins to avoid the problem.
