repeated acrobat comments in word toolbar

Everytime I reopen MS Word 2003, a new acrobat comment button appears on the
toolbar. I can delete them but they keep returning. I reloaded adobe 6.0 and
word 2003 to no avail. Anyone else every encountereed this annoyance?
