delete local disk

i just noticed this today, but i look in my computer and i
see a c: drive a d: drive and a "Z:" drive...and im like
Z..what tha....

i didn't partition this on here, and its the same volume
as the c: drirve, so im asking if its possible, how can i
take this off from my computer.

That's strange. Who partitioned the disk?
If it was HP, Dell, Compaq, etc. see if it is referenced in your manual.
