Delete Last Recovery Point?

Due to a brain freeze I made a system restore point labelled pre-(program
name) install and realised I had already installed the program. Is there any
way of deleting just that point so as to save myself any confusion later?

Maybe its an opportunity to have a clear out.
Turn off system restore and turn it back on again, which will delete all
restore points and create one automatically

control panel/system/system restore

check turn off restore on all drives
click apply

uncheck turn off restore on all drives
click apply
