delete hidden web files?

I read on another thread below?

"Find and delete all hidden *.web files"

How is that done? I too have a problem with my computer.

Start > Search > "Search for files named:"
*.web and delete all that it finds.

*.web files are cache files, holding "undo" functions, DNS information,
connection information and so on. Occasionally they get corrupted or stuck
in a state that causes FrontPage to not work properly.

Nothing in them is lost if they are deleted as long as you do not have a web
open at the time.
