Delete files???

Can I delete the following files and folders from my "C" drive?

$INPLACE.~TR
$Reycycle.bin
$WINDOWS.Q.
AdbeRdr70_enu_full.exe
hiberfil.sys
pagefile.sys

Thank you.

The only thing I see palatable in that list to delete is
AdbeRdr70_enu_full.exe
