Delete Expired Items (email folders only)

Hello,

Under Tools... Options... Other tab... AutoArchive, there
is a section called "During AutoArchive" that has a
checkbox for the "Delete Expired Items (email folders
only)" option. What exactly are these items? Can you give
me some examples? I have a user who is concerned that his
email is going to get deleted if this checkbox is selected.

You can set an expire date on every e-mail. Open it choose View-> Options.
If you have this set and check the "Delete expired items" option in
AutoArchive the message will be deleted by AA when the item expires.
