Delete empty lines from document

D

David

Hi,

I have a very big word document, but it has a lot of lines without any text,
are just empty.
Is there a way to delete those lines without doing it manually? It would
take me ages to do it manually.

Thanks.

If they are truly empty, then searching for ^p^p and replacing with ^p will
do the trick.

Turn on Show Non-Printing Characters to discover what's going on, and
take appropriate action. If you don't see empty paragraphs, then
change Space Before and Space After to 0 (zero) in Format > Paragraph.
