DELETE DATA IN NOTEBOOK COMPUTER & REPLACE WITH NEW FROM DESK

I have a notebook & desktop computer. I have updated the info on my desk and
want it to replace the info on my notebook. I am in 2007 version. How do I
do that? I will need to move info from one to the other.
 
When you say "Info" I take it you mean you want to import all the Outlook
Content "Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Notes Tasks.... )

Make sure you have access to the Desktop PC .PST via a network connection or
the .PST on external Media.
Then File > Import > From another program or file > .pst > etc.....
