Delete all print jobs

How can I delete all the pending print jobs without access to the printer?
 
Eh, how can you do anything to something that you don't have access to?

If the printer has an IP address, it may support web-based management at
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP of the printer.

easy... I have an app which sends jobs to the Lpt1 opening it like a com
port.
ther´´s no printer and there are jobs to delete...
