delete a record

I don't have time to wade through all of that.

Which ONE of those links includes the quote you posted originally?

This is what you said:

<<I just love how Microsofts 'you should use MDB to link to SQL Server
because it has less layers'.>>

I am still waiting for you to provide the citation to the quoted part of
your statement, in particular "because it has less layers".

If you can't provide the exact citation for your quote, you might consider
retracting your unsubstantiated assertion. To be fair, I'll also accept a
very close approximation of it, on the condition that you can cite the
source to which you refer so we can all read the original.

Thanks in advance.

I am trying to delete one record in a large table that I have, but I keep
getting an ODBC error and it will not let me delete it.  Any idea?

Hi,

Perhaps the database is damaged by some reason. You may try Advanced
Access Repair at http://www.datanumen.com/aar/ This tool is rather
useful in salvaging damaged Access MDB files.

You also work for that company. Posting without disclosing any
connection is highly unethical and sleazy.
