Delete a file I should be able to not working

I am trying to trouble-shoot Flash 9.0. One of the things the rep wants me
to do is delete the flash executables in the Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
folder but, I can't. it says I don't have permissions. I am an administrator
on the Windows Vista system. I was able to move (not copy but move) the files
to my desktop so I could finish what the rep wanted me to do but, now I still
cannot delete them from my desktop. I have even tried going in an taking
ownership of the file (was <ComputerName>\Administrators which I am part of)
but, even that didn't help. I have full control permissions set on the file.
What else can I try? (I do get the UAC popup when I try to delete. I have
been clicking on allow).

Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157

Then download the standalone version of Flash Player from here:
http://www.softwarepatch.com/network-security/flashdownload-security....

[install_flash_active_x.msi]

Then right-click on the file and select "Run as administrator".
