once delegations are set from user's mailbox are they all saved along the
mailbox on the server or they are some of the settings got saved on the
client's machine where the outlook profile located?

In another word, to complete remove a delegation do I need to clean up
anything on the client machine besides deleting the delegation in Outlook?

Thanks.

Delegations are setup from a client machine but saved on the server.
You have to delete the delegation and check the permissions on the delegated
folders on the client machine using the profile that did the delegation...

do I have to use the original OL profile? Here is the problem. A user set
up delegation but need me to remove it. Instead deleting them from his
machine (using remote control) I created a OL profile on my machine with his
user account and password. Then deleted delegation from there. I'm
wondering if the deletion I did remotely will update his OL profile. He is
using cache mode. The problem I'm getting is that his OL still kept previous
delegation info even he can not see it under Delegation tab. The fix is that
I had to add/remove the previous delegation again on his machine using his OL
profile.

So you are saying to do it properly I have to remove them using the OL
profile which created them. But the problem is how to find out where it was
created from because sometimes we create delegation from our machines by
creating a user OL profile there. So, the original OL profile used to create
these delegation could be from the user's own OL profile or a OL profile from
any admin desktop.

Since the delegation is saved on the server why it can not be deleted by
using another OL profile then the sever will update the user profile late?
