DELEGATION HAS STOPPED

Prior the the dcpromo to create a child domain I created the delegation
record and then performed the dc promo per MS docs. NSLOOKUP from the
parent domain worked perfectly for months until the IP address of the dns
server was changed today. All records have been updated but now nslookup
fails. Server passes the broken delegation tests. I added the child domain
in the prefixes section for the Nic in order to get the server to resolve.
Any thoughts?

If only an nslookup issue, then that's saying you didn't update the PTR
record in the reverse zone with the new IP address, unless its a totally
different subnet, then you must not have created the new reverse zone based
on the new subnet.
