Delegates' own e-mail appears without "on behalf"

I use Outlook 2002 with Exchange server, and allow
delegates to answer my own e-mail by setiing
appropriate "editor" or "author" permissions.
MS confirms there is a known bug (KB307444) but only in
the messages stored in the DRAFTS folders.
However, I have delegates reply only to an owner's INBOX
messages- but still the "From" field is set to the
delegates' own e-mail address instead of "XXX on behalf
of yyy".
How can I solve the problem?

This is only possible when the permissions on your user object in Active
Directory Users and Computers are set wrong. It is not controlled by
Outlook. Contact your administrator to check the permissions.

Oh, and of course make sure that the From field is filled with your name.
