sending email on behalf of others

In Outlook 2002, if someone delegates editor permissions to their inbox and I send an email on their behalf, the recipients see my name in the From:

Is there a way for me to send email on behalf of someone else so that it either shows his/her name in the From: or there is something like a "sent by..."

You should be able to set "Send As" permissions for a delegate instead of
"Send on behalf of" permissions...

What about for Outlook 2000? Same question.

Same answer, as far as I know. These are Exchange server properties, not
Outlook...so you'd have to go into Exchange permissions.

where in exchange server properties to you go to change the settings? we once had this working, and now it is not.
