My supervisor set me up as a delegate for his inbox with Editor rights, so
that I can send email from him. Is there a way to remove the "on behalf of"
from the email. I need to the email to come from him.

The Exchange admin must give you "send as" rights on the mailbox. Talk to
the Exchange admin.
