Delaying at Windows starting up

When I start my computer, it starts windows very quickly.
And I have to wait 1 to 2 minutes to run programs.I have
to wait a noise "krrrek" from my pc.After this noise I
can run my all programs at normal speed.This delaying
happned after I formatted the computer.If anybody know
how to configure to solve the problem....Please let me
know.

Try another Molex Connector ( white power connector ) and IDE Ribbon
Cable to the hard drive.

Actually, a "krek" sound may be something unpleasant happening on your
hard drive. Be sure your data is backed up. Run a hard drive
diagnostic. You can download a utility for free from the drive mftr.'s
website. Post back if you need more help, and include your system
specs.
