Delay when system boot up

Hi;

when I turn the power on, sometimes takes 10 minutes or more to boot the
windows xp, during this time , computer is completly off, I have changed the
CMOS battery already, that was not the problem. Thanks for any help.

Could be your Power Supply is getting flaky. Before starting the computer
try removing
the Power Supply Connector to the Motherboard and then reconnecting.
Make sure it's
fully seated.
