If I leave Outlook XP opened, they doe not apper ever. I have to click
somewhere on the screen and then they appear. I have a blackberry and they

well. I believe the messages are delivered to the Exchange Server but
Outlook is not polling for new message even if I tell out look to check for
new messages every 1 minute. Any suggestions???

Do you also get a message to say that Outlook is trying to connect to the
Exchange Server or its busy etc, is this a recent event, have you changed
any network configuration lately, does it happen to a particular sub section
of users in the same general locale. Have you tried putting the outlook.exe
as an exception in the SP2 firewall.
