Check Help, about, and see if you are on version .615.

If you are not download that version from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...a2-6a57-4c57-a8bd-dbf62eda9671&displaylang=en

If you ARE on .615, clear Temporary Internet Files, retry, and let us know
what happens (or does not!)
