defragmentation

i defragment my disk and after a while it
says "Defragmenttion is complete for: Sandy (C:) Some
files on this volume could not be defragmented. Please
check the defragmentation report for the list of these
files." then opened the defragmentation report. there are
files shown below that did not defragment.

why didn't this application defragment the files? is it
good or bad? what are the solutions to avoid having this
message? can i just delete these files? i don't know what
to do. i just want to defragment all of these files. is
there anything i can do?

Some system files cannot be moved, As such, those files will show up in the
report as not defragmented. This is normal and expected behavior.

does that also mean non-continuance or finishing of
defragmenting the whole of the hard disk drive?

It should continue to defragment. The only reason you should notice it at
all is because it shows up in the report when it's finished.
