I want to run defrag remotely on 300 p.c.'s overnight
How can this be done?

Systems admin at our place has set Diskeeper to defrag the systems on
our network. It works like a charm and we have no issues over it, maybe
u could google for more info, the product features etc.

Get one of the automatic commercial defragmenters available, which can
be isntalled to run remotely.
