Defragmentation issue

Recently, while one of the discs is being defragmented the power was gone.
This caused a few corrupt files. All the corrupt files have been fixed.

However, after this, I am not able to defrag two of my three discs. I am
getting a message in a window "Too big to fit in memory". Please help!
I was able to defrag the other disc.

I did perform chkdsk /f on the drives I am having problems with.

If the defragmenter componets got corrupt, how come it is defragmenting the
other drive?
Let's say the defragmenter components got corrupt, how do I fix it?

Thank you for the response.
I appreciate it.
