Defragmentation doesnt

Am on XP home version, and have an odd problem.
When I click on Defragment - or Analyze - nothing happens?

When I click on that link I get

This means that:

Just shorten the url to http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp.htm and do a
search for your problem.
