Defragment

Whenever I try to drag my computer lately it goes into an error and does not
allow me to... any ideas why?

You should use Disk CleanUp regularly to Empty your Recycle Bin and
Remove Temporary Internet Files (in all User Profiles ). Then run chkdsk
before trying Disk Defragmenter again in Safe Mode.
