defragment

At the same time...Try going to run,type:cmd In cmd type:cleanmgr
Run cleanup,then type:Defrag C: Let it defrag.If either wont,type:
Sfc /Scannow When the graph starts,install xp cd,exit the info page,
when the graph is thru type:EXIT
 
when i try to run disk clean up i get the message "access is denied you do
not have permission to perform requested operation"
